About Our Founder

As an individual who spent many years in the healthcare industry, the work being done through KindNest Care & Staffing is deeply personal to our Founder. With a growing need for home care services and a desire to see her own aging family members cared for with dignity, she was inspired to create an organization that provides care with compassion. Tiffany’s journey has included training medical professionals on best practices, writing protocols used in state systems, certifying hospitals as Level III NICUs, mitigating risks for large pharmaceutical organizations, and cultivating strong relationships within the medical industry.
